After working with Nicki on her family home a few years ago she contacted us to help renovate her investment property. Nestled on the eastern hill in Manly, the original two bedroom apartment was in need of an overhaul, primarily the bathroom and kitchen.
Although there was limited options we worked with a layout that maximised space whilst still having all the essentials and ample storage. Nicki's brief was a simple, modern and clean look that made the rooms as bright as possible but still resulted in a striking finish. Tailored to being a rental apartment, we ensured all fixtures and fittings, whilst beautiful, were low maintenance and built to last.
Nicki was thrilled with the results and within the week had her ideal tenants.
